When your partners send emails using their own email platforms with our tracking code, you are responsible for ensuring your partners have obtained necessary consent from recipients and comply with all applicable email marketing laws.

4. Email Campaign Tracking

When a partner sends an email containing our tracking technology, we automatically collect:

• Email open events and timestamps
• Basic technical information (IP address, device type, email client)
• This data is collected when images in the email are displayed

b. Purpose

• Provide campaign performance analytics to our users
• Filter automated bot activity and proxy services to ensure accurate metrics

c. Data Access

• The user who manages the campaign receives aggregated analytics
• We do not share individual recipient data with third parties

d. Your Rights

• If you received an email containing our tracking pixel and have questions, contact the sender of the email directly (they are responsible for the email content and recipient list)

• You can prevent tracking by disabling automatic image loading in your email client
